In this class I will be sharing the heartfelt practice of

Yoga with Tantric Hatha traditions.

This practice is intended to create a space for you to simply be and explore the connection of the breath and mind through the way of body moves.


Spacious sequencing will give you time to see what is possible in your mind and body right now and move from there...

Guiding you towards Inner Stability, Outer Fluidity....but who knows where we will get by the end of the practice?!


This class is open to everyone who would like to practice with me on Saturday evening in beautiful space of Happy Om studio.

All levels of experience welcome, however not suitable for complete beginners/ £15

Sundays can not get any better then this.

In a month of September I am combining my regular monthly event Flow and Restore class (please read more in the class page) with brunching in one of my favourite vegetarian / vegan places in the centre of Norwich ~ Wild Thyme.

Schedule for the day:

9-10.30 a.m - Flow & Restore practice

10.40-10.55 a.m  - Pack up and walk to the restaurant 

11-12 p.m- Brunch. You are more then welcome to stay as long you wish...


                   Fresh Apple, celery and lime juice
            Vegan yogurt with granola and fresh berries
Choice of:
Smashed avocado on toast with poached free range egg, lime and black sesame /vegan and gluten free option 
Sweet potato and kimchi hash, spinach, fried free range egg and tomato sriracha coulis /vegan option
Peanut and banana pancakes with blueberries, toasted coconut and maple syrup


                                Tea and coffee included

Delicious Flow

Hmmmm. Delicious Flow is back!!!

We are starting little earlier this time as the summer will be in its full swing.

Join me for this extended morning practice and move your way into the weekend. There is no rush in this class, as we have a hour and half! Flowing slowly and deliciously in to practice, guided by the importance of Breath to both uplift and tap into the stillness. To see and feel the beauty of the morning energy.

With this connection to Yourself, peanut butter chocolate overnight jar and hot drink (served in the Acorn Cafe below the studio-also available to take out) I have got your Friday morning sorted!!

Please know that the breakfast is plant based and it can be gluten free too. Get in touch if you have any food intolerance's.

All levels welcome however not suitable as first ever yoga class.
