Sublime Teachings of Tantra - Path of Fire & Light Saturday 10th May, 9-11.30 AM Happy Om Yoga Studio Join me in this extended practice that blends the rich tapestry of Tantric Hatha Yoga, Kriya Meditation, Mantra, and Yoga philosophy. This masterclass invites you to delve into Tantra's profound power and sublime teachings. ​ Through intentional, centring asanas and the power of mantra, we will connect with and nurture our life force. Pranayama and the resonant sound of the harmonium will seamlessly merge with the reverberating pulse of the universe. The session will conclude with a Tantric meditation technique designed to dissolve mental limitations, allowing us to absorb and merge with our essential nature (or at least closer towards it). ​ ​With reverence and compassion, I share these mystical, traditional, soul-centred practices that I have received and been initiated into. They are part of my Sadhana (daily spiritual practice) for more than a decade and allow me to live from a centred and conscious place.
