Holistically Whole Yoga @The Yoga Tree
Step into your most authentic Self and be in the flow of Life.
Service Description
Practices that draw from the synergy of Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda to assist your journey of deep restoration, wholeness and interconnectedness. Step into your most authentic Self and be in the flow of Life. Understand the foundations of these complete systems for living in harmony with ourselves, each other, and nature. Practice at a slower pace, becoming more aware and learning to direct your attention (energy) in the direction you want to go. Holistic means 'dealing with or treating the whole of something or someone and not just a part.' The idea is that when our whole system (body, breath, senses, mind, and soul) is in equilibrium, we are capable of healing any ailments ourselves—the intelligence of the body knows how to do its work! Our focus is on overall balance. Each month, you will be guided through a specific theme. Each class will be an opportunity to release tension, fostering ease and steadiness in the physical body. Cultivate a deeper connection with your breath through asanas (postures), explore pranayama (breathing techniques), and mantra, and unwind with simple relaxation. All in preparation for a guided meditation to exercise the muscle of your awareness (the most important muscle!) to restore mental intelligence and quality of your Being. Seasonal Ayurvedic guidelines and tips will be woven into the theme to support your diet and lifestyle. These classes are aimed at newcomers, oldcomers, people who would like to deepen their practice or just anyone who enjoys intentional and more in-depth practice. Inclusive for all levels. Book online for a single session for £10 or email me to get a discounted price of £54 for 6 classes (it must be used within 8 weeks)
