When you have had your Initial Ayurvedic Consultation and begun applying the changes and routines, the Follow-Up Consultations are here to deepen, adjust, and refine your path.
In these sessions, we will check in on how you are feeling, how your digestion, energy, and sleep are responding, and where you may need more support. Whether it’s focusing more on your diet and routine, adjusting treatments, or simply helping you stay committed to your own healing, this support helps you stay aligned with your true self.
Follow-ups are 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions designed to keep you in balance and clarity, and to help you continue moving in the direction you wish to go, feeling supported and guided.
These sessions can be scheduled whenever it suits you, though quarterly or seasonal check-ins are recommended to maintain harmony and alignment with nature.

We will look at practical ways to prepare your body and mind for rest, from lighter, earlier dinners to reducing stimulants such as sugar, alcohol, coffee, loud music, TV and screens, and creating dedicated time to unwind.
Quality sleep is the gateway to rejuvenation, nourishing body, mind and energy, while too much sleep can also disturb this delicate balance.
