Deep rest & repair

Yoga Nidra translates into a 'Yogic Sleep'. These practices are deeply profound to our healing and repair. They allow us to drop into a state of deep rejuvenation and homeostasis. 

Shorter guided relaxations to support your everyday life are included.

Guided and self-enquiry meditation practices.
Whether you are returning to a familiar seat or beginning to explore this dynamic stillness/presence, these meditations offer space to pause, listen, and observe. Short or longer practices to support steadiness of mind, softness of heart, and a deeper relationship with the ground of your being.​

PRANAYAMA

Life force management

Selection of pranayama practices and breathing techniques. For those familiar with these practices and those just beginning, these guided breathing techniques invite regulation, clarity, and presence. Use them to reconnect with yourself and your subtle body. Nurture your awareness and cultivation of sattva (balance).

When you join the Online Library, you will have access to a growing collection of classes hosted on Vimeo.

This library is here to support your regular home practice, helping you reconnect with yourself - and me - through the approach you may already know and love. ​​​

 

As part of your membership, you are also invited to a free monthly community class to practice together, check in, or explore any questions about your practice. You will also have access to a practice playlist via Spotify.
