Here you will find gentle guidance for body, breath, and awareness - from slow grounding and enlivening flows to stillness, from wisdom teachings to sacred sound.
I really hope that through this online library, you will find support, inspiration and ways to navigate life with more ease and joy and with that live your truest, authentic self-expression ~ svarūpa.

Whether you have practised with me in class or are new to yoga, these sessions are here to support your commitment to yourself. Explore gentle flows, restorative practices, yoga nidras, or dive into the philosophy talks and contemplations.

Short guided practices
For those familiar with these practices and those just beginning, these guided breathwork and meditation sessions invite regulation, clarity, and presence. Use them to reconnect with yourself anytime and nurture your awareness and cultivation of sattva (balance).


AYURVEDA
Nutrition & Lifestyle
Discover simple, practical ways to bring balance and harmony into your daily life. These gentle routines, seasonal tips, and mindful nourishment practices support both experienced students and newcomers in listening to your body and caring for yourself.
MANTRA & CHANTS
Short 5-10 minutes chants
Whether chanting has been part of your practice or is new to you, these sacred sounds are here to guide, uplift, and calm. Allow the vibrations to support your focus, bring moments of stillness, and deepen your connection to your spiritual heart (hOMe of the soul).

HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you join the online library, you will have immediate access to a growing library of classes ~ a mix of yoga styles, class lengths, and energies to meet you where you are.
This offering is here to support your regular home practice, offering a way to reconnect with me and approach you already know and love.
As part of your membership, you are also invited to a monthly community class to check in with each other and to either practice or have a conversation if there are any questions regarding your practices.
Membership is £22 per month, with the freedom to cancel or rejoin whenever you like or need.
You are welcome to begin with a 7-day free trial and explore the space in your own time.
