Holistic Body Therapy and Massage
Something I am deeply passionate about is through my own self-practice and receiving this holistic treatment. Happy to say I am able to offer traditional Ayurvedic Oil Massage ~ ABHYANGA.

What is Abhyanga?
Sometimes people come for Abhyanga because they feel tired, overwhelmed, disconnected from their body, or simply in need of deep rest.
And sometimes there isn’t even a clear reason - only a feeling that they want to slow down and be cared for.
What I often notice is that people leave differently than they arrived. More settled in themselves. That is the beauty of Abhyanga.
In Ayurveda, Abhyanga - a traditional warm oil massage - is more than a relaxing treatment. Warm herbal oils are applied with slow, rhythmic movements to nourish the body, calm the nervous system, and bring grounding and balance.
Many of us spend so much of our time rushing, overthinking, constantly doing, and moving from one thing to another that we forget what it feels like to properly rest (guilty!)
Abhyanga offers something simple but deeply needed - warmth, slowness, nourishment, and the experience of receiving care through touch.
The experience of Abhyanga
What I love most about this therapy is its simplicity. Warm oil, rhythmic movement, quiet presence and tending.
And in a world where many people feel constantly overstimulated, that kind of deep rest can feel incredibly powerful and healing.
You can imagine how that sort of deep rejuvenation ripple into everything...
Why I love offering Abhyanga
One of the reasons I love receiving and now offering this treatment is because I experience the benefits of it so strongly in my own life as well.
Self-abhyanga has become an important practice for me, especially during busy or overstimulating periods. Even a few quiet minutes with warm oil can completely change how grounded and settled I feel afterwards.
My intention is also to share something that doesn’t stop at the treatment itself - but encourages people to explore their own way of slowing down and caring for themselves in everyday life.
More than relaxation
Abhyanga is not only something we turn to when things feel difficult.
It can also simply be a way of nourishing ourselves more deeply, supporting the nervous system, and creating space to slow down, even when life is already “fine.”
Ayurveda sees wellbeing as something connected and whole. When the body is supported, many other things begin to feel more settled too.
