Ayurveda emphasises snehana (warm oil application) as essential for health: calms the nervous system, helps to moisturise, lubricate and gently remove toxins.

The oil therapies we will explore in this workshop are the antidote to everything mentioned above. Self-abhyanga (full-body massage), nasya (nasal oiling), gandusha (oil pulling), karna purana (ear oiling), nabhi chikitsa (navel oiling) and scalp and foot massage with marma points are far more than trendy wellness “bio-hacks.”
