Perimenopause and menopause are transitions in a woman’s life. Each phase holds wisdom, yet when the body falls out of rhythm, it can leave us feeling confused, depleted, or disconnected from ourselves. 

If you are feeling unsettled by your changing body, frustrated by persistent symptoms, or unsupported by conventional advice, this day retreat offers a different path. Through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, you will learn why these changes are happening and, most importantly, what you can do to support yourself naturally, with clarity and confidence. 

This day retreat is designed to help you recognise signs of hormonal and digestive imbalance and guide you gently back toward ease. Rooted in seasonal wisdom, nourishment, and daily rituals, we will explore how Ayurveda supports digestion, hormonal balance, and emotional intelligence at every stage of a woman’s life.

Unlike one-size-fits-all hormone talks, this retreat offers a seasonal, cyclical, and holistic approach. The teachings are practical, easy to understand, and rooted in the law of nature, so you leave informed, supported, and empowered to apply what you learn immediately.

 

Is This Day Retreat for You?

This retreat is especially supportive if you are experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, depression, hot flushes, digestive discomfort, mood swings, weight changes, or a sense of feeling “not quite yourself.”

Through the Ayurvedic lens, these symptoms are not random; they are messages from the body asking for rhythm, nourishment, and care. You will learn how to support your hormones and nervous system through food, daily rituals, seasonal awareness, and yoga, helping you move from depletion and confusion toward steadiness, clarity, and ease - so you can feel more grounded, nourished, and emotionally steady.

 

What to Expect

• A complete yoga practice designed to support hormonal balance and nervous system regulation
• Understanding perimenopause and menopause through the Ayurvedic lens
• How to ease or reverse uncomfortable symptoms naturally and support long-term health
• Herbal teas, ginger appetisers, and a simple Ayurvedic lunch to support digestion
• A gentle pause to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and other women
• Practical, immediately applicable tools, with time for Q&A, shared discussion and handouts

Rhythm of the Day

9.30 - 11.15 – Complete Morning Practice

11.30 – 12.00 – Ayurvedic tips and guidelines on how to improve digestion and the way we eat – applying them straight into our lunch

12.00-13.00 – Lunch + short walk to support the digestion

13.00- 14.30 - Lecture on Ayurveda 

14.30 – 15.00 – Collective Rest with Ayurvedic Treatment

15.00 – 15.30 Warm Drink, Q&A, Closing Circle
